Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REEF gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we will track the shipment automatically once it is scanned.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
